Vi kan inte nog bedyra hur mycket vi älskar Phaidon. De var från början ett österrikiskt förlag grundat 1923 som specialiserade sig på titlar inom filosofi, men fick av det politiska läget som rådde i regionen (det var ett världskrig och en massa annat stök) flytta till England där de är baserade än idag och har breddat till bland annat konst, arkitektur, mode, design och mat. De allra mest inflytelserika kockarna i världen ger ut sina titlar på Phaidon och böckerna har alltid en otroligt välarbetat layout och fantastiska foton. Hittills har vi inte sett en enda titel som vi någonsin skulle vilja vara utan och vi rekommenderar er alla att skaffa en till bokhylla och gå loss rejält bland deras fantastiska böcker!
